Barnum-Dann has spent years perfecting the ability to create magical wine and food pairings. He has an intuitive ability honed by years of experience and can use those to help you and your team deliver perfectly paired dishes “on brand”. He is available to educate you about wine and wine pairing and is happy to help with in-person and virtual blind tastings and other wine events, cellar sourcing, acquisitions and liquidations, regional ambassadorships, and distribution brokerage. Just like the ingredients he uses in his restaurant, your menu will be carefully crafted from sustainably and locally sourced items. He will pair each dish with the perfect wine or non-alcoholic beverage and will make suggestions for add-ons that will further elevate the dishes he prepares (think caviar, truffles, pate and more).
